We are seeking a Part-time Wastewater Project Manager (PM) to support the City of South San Francisco in the delivery of their wastewater Capital Improvement Program (CIP). This position will be based remotely, with monthly in-person meetings at the City of South San Francisco's office. The PM will take projects listed in chapter 9 in the master plan (see link below) from Design through Construction.

- Lead projects outlined in chapter 9 of the sewer master plan, focusing on Design through Construction phases.
- Manage various wastewater projects including gravity mains, force mains, pump stations, and other related infrastructure.
- Oversee the CIP, which is approximately estimated at $94M (subject to available budget).
- Supervise in-progress renewal projects such as pipeline replacement, bursting, lining, and manhole rehabilitation, estimated at $1M.

- Prior experience in wastewater management and project management.
- Experience working with public agencies is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
- Must be located in the Bay Area for monthly in-person meetings at the City of South San Francisco.

- Must be able to work with minimal supervision from the City of South San Francisco.
