Position Overview:

RingCentral is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director, Website to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our global website. You will lead a team of talented professionals, drive web initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft the overarching vision, roadmap, and customer journey for our PLG, SMB, and Enterprise initiatives on the website, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.

  • Lead and manage a team of web professionals responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of RingCentral's global website.

  • Take ownership of quarterly and yearly website performance and conversion targets, consistently delivering and surpassing goals through strategic initiatives and meticulous execution.

  • Oversee the strategic planning and execution of website updates, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.

  • Coordinate web production efforts across multiple teams, including marketing, design, content, and development, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality web experiences.

  • Forge strong partnerships with brand, inbound marketing, product, and sales teams to align web strategies with broader business objectives, fostering synergy and maximizing impact across all initiatives.

  • Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Lead conversion testing initiatives to optimize website performance, increase user engagement, and drive lead generation and conversion rates.

  • Collaborate closely with web engineering teams to implement technical enhancements, resolve issues, and ensure the scalability and reliability of the website infrastructure.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize projects, and ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to web development, user experience, and digital marketing.


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of success in driving website performance and user engagement.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.

  • Deep understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and experience using data to drive decision-making and optimization efforts.

  • Proficiency in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other conversion optimization techniques.

  • Solid understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working in a B2B software or technology company is a plus.

If you are hired in California, the compensation range for this position is between $155,000 and $289,250 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
