We are currently seeking an in-house Executive Recruiter. The successful candidate will direct the planning, development, and implementation for hiring Executive level positions at DDN. This position will work with the C Suite team on innovative approaches to attract and hire senior level talent (VP/Sr. Director) to join DataDirect Networks to drive our increased company growth and success. We prefer this position to be hybrid out of Chatsworth, CA, but will consider a fully remote candidate. This position can be hired as a FTE or as a contractor.

Responsibilities:

* Partner closely with the Executive management team and VPHR as a trusted advisor by providing consultative support on all aspects of executive-level recruitment to the Leadership team
* Develop and implement comprehensive and innovative search strategies to ensure highest quality candidates are sourced and hired quickly
* Understand the technology sector and specific role to be able represent and market DDN well during interview discussions
* Identify the best sources of talent and leverage social media sites and other creative approaches to broaden Executive applicant pool
* Be proficient at researching technology companies to proactively source candidates that are not in the market
* Drive all aspects of executive-level recruitment including networking, assessment and offer negotiations
* Proven track record of hiring great talent that will be a strong fit with the culture and management style
* Prepare and communicate executive reports to update to all stakeholders on progress and next steps

Qualifications:

* BA in Business or applicable degree
* 7-10 years' experience in executive recruiting
* Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with executive level leaders
* Previously filled C suite and Sr. Director level roles in mid sized technology companies
