The Investor Relations team communicates Snowflake's strategy and results to external stakeholders. Our team helps investors to understand Snowflake's opportunity, competitive landscape, and business model. As a member of the Investor Relations team, this role will work collaboratively across functions (Legal, Finance, Product) to articulate the Company's results and positioning.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Prepare quarterly earnings materials, including investor presentation and Q&A.
  • Draft investor communications for industry conferences.
  • Maintain relationships with external stakeholders. Respond to IR email inquiries.
  • Support relationships with equity research coverage. Monitor research notes and financial models.
  • Research industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal product development efforts.
  • Regular engagement with the management team to communicate investor feedback and perceptions.
QUALIFICATIONS :
  • 4+ years of experience in equity research or investor relations
  • Experience working at/with public software companies
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $114,000 - $153,300.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
