The WW Operations and Engineering Finance division is looking for a Senior AppleCare Financial Analyst to join AppleCare Finance to support current and future AppleCare products. This person will drive sophisticated financial and business performance analyses, holistically lead install base and sales forecasts for AppleCare protection plans, investigate key revenue and cost drivers, work cross-functionally to identify and complete business opportunities. This person should have outstanding financial skills, strong analytical capabilities, outstanding verbal and written communication skills and a deep curiosity about AppleCare products and business.

Key Qualifications

  • - 6+ years proven experience in a fast-paced environment related to finance / accounting / analytics
  • - Ability to retrieve and analyze large datasets with meticulous attention to detail
  • - Capable to look at numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings
  • - Capable of clearly communicating complex analyses to a non-technical audience, including experience presenting to leadership groups
  • - Experience with Tableau, SQL, Excel and SAP
  • - Ability to initiate, refine, and complete projects with minimal guidance
  • - Desire to build tools that drive efficiency and automation in process
  • - Adept at working cross-functionally with excellent written and communication skills
  • - Thrive in a fast-pace, demanding environment


Description

This AppleCare Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for finance-related activities including strategy, metrics, investment criteria and reporting relating to AppleCare protection plans. The analyst will develop a deep understanding of AppleCare products, build complex forecasts and analyses that could be succinctly communicated to leadership, identify key revenue and cost levers and drive informed business decisions. This is a chance to put your own slant on things, show creativity around the financial metrics to track performance and report to AppleCare & Apple leadership.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting or other related field

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300.00 and $197,400.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
