ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

Hiring Range: $59,500.00 - 70,000.00

TheHealthcare Operational Performance Analystserves an important, supporting role to the team for initiatives focused on the successful growth and profitability of business segment operations. This position works closely with operations and internal cross-functional groups, as well as interacts with assigned clients, to ensure deliverables are successfully met on time.

Candidates possessing both analytic prowess and business acumen, along with project coordinator and management skills would be best suited for this dynamic, fast-paced role that affords great exposure to a variety of business units and initiatives within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitors and analyzes internal and external reports for assigned clients or business segment and takes necessary actions to remediate issues or drive additional growth opportunities identified.

  • Conducts research, generates, and presents reports on set schedule and/or ad-hoc basis; and takes specific actions based on the information as appropriate for role.

  • Supports responses and coordination of internal team and assigned client requests which may include, but not limited to:

    • Client invoice and reconciliation research and reporting

    • Support the development, maintenance, organization, and storage of documentation (e.g., Assigned Client data matrices, Process flows, Standard operating procedures, and Templates

    • Provide support in tracking and monitoring time sensitive assigned client escalations.

    • Manage requests from clients for claim audit details, letters, and correspondence using internal systems and data sources.

    • Tracking of data mining concepts through the development cycle while seeking client approvals

  • Meet with key stakeholders as needed and attend internal and client calls as requested and/or assigned.

  • Host internal team and client calls and support the internal teams on client calls in support of assigned duties.

  • Participates in projects and program initiatives, and complete assigned projects on time.

  • Receives assignments in the form of objectives, incorporates feedback to adjust work priority as necessary, and effectively works independently and with team to successfully meet business needs.

  • Provides for coordination of both client and internal projects and initiatives, including setting of agendas, recording of meeting minutes, tracking of action items and key deliverables, and coordination interdepartmentally to ensure timely and accurate response.

  • Performs quality analysis and control checks as needed on various projects and initiatives.

  • Supports and contributes to platform builds, SharePoint, workflows, process documentation and other project artifacts, workstream lead requirements, and other deliverables.

  • Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

  • Intermediate experience with MS Office Suite; Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills a must.

  • Strong technical skills with ability to quickly adapt to new applications and systems.

  • Ability to effectively perform independently with minimal supervision, and work cooperatively with others to promote a positive team environment.

  • Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced dynamic business operations environment with ability to adapt quickly to change.

  • Ability to follow policy, procedures, and regulations in the workplace.

  • Ability to consistently perform job responsibilities.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain client required clearances as well as pass company required background and/or drug screening.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, in related business or industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum 3 years directly related progressive experience in healthcare industry including report development, data analysis, and gathering/documenting requirements for projects demonstrating depth and breadth of knowledge and capability required for the position.

  • Client services and project management experience a plus

  • Demonstrated experience gathering, researching, and documenting data and requirements for projects and/or complex problem solving.

  • Project coordination experience with projects and/or company initiatives

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving/analytic skills with ability to identify root cause and solution to an end result.

  • Business-professional communication and presentation skills both internally and externally
