Role Overview

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead the benefits we offer to the partners in our Program. The Partner Program team works on the most pressing issues for the entire 10,000+ Partner Ecosystem, including program strategy, scorecard design, benefit strategy and management, partner expertise and partner feedback strategy. The Benefit Management Lead is highly effective at planning, prioritization, developing simplified approaches to leading varying types of benefits, and getting results through cross-functional teams. They define the ongoing management of each benefit in the Program, including how the benefit is structured, working with cross-functional teams on execution, and crafting content to enable partners. They are specifically focused on leading the Reseller Performance Incentive Benefit and collaborating with the Business Technology product team on future development. They flawlessly manage relationships with their counterparts in Product, Marketing and Operations and can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Your Impact

  • Lead existing benefits, including the structure, access, and strategy for each

  • Determine how to make improvements to the benefits in the program based on internal and external feedback

  • Create partner facing content to enable partners on each benefit available to them, how they can use it and the value the benefit provides

  • Build trusted relationships with the benefit owners and key collaborators to secure ongoing access to benefits for partners

  • Lead the Reseller Performance Incentive benefit process, including working with Business Technology team to support improvements to the Incentive tool

  • Act as the primary Program point of contact to the benefit execution & benefit provisioning operations team

  • Continuously gather feedback from internal (Partner field teams) and external (Partners) stakeholders on current benefits

  • Thrive in ambiguity and constant change, while staying steadfast in the Salesforce/partner plan - "be the calm in the storm".

  • Contribute to broader goals by becoming a citizen philanthropist and give back to our communities by joining or leading volunteering activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in the technology or consulting industry, with a specific focus on Partners, Alliances or distribution channels

  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with a portfolio of assignments while driving projects to completion

  • Ability to break down sophisticated ideas/issues and communicate in simple terms to different levels of the organization

  • Program management experience including ability to build & maintain large, complex program governance models, sophisticated excel files, etc.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling PowerPoint presentations

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands on experience with the Salesforce platform & the Salesforce ecosystem

  • Experience in consulting, inclusive of System Integration & Management Consulting, at a Global System Integrator

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $109,200 to $150,200.For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $109,200 to $150,200.
