We are looking for a skilled Salesforce and CLM Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within the Salesforce platform and Contract Lifecycle Management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and an understanding of CLM processes to streamline contract management. We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated person with a strong customer focus and the ability to lead new initiatives in a multicultural environment.

ONSITE REQUIREMENT:

To ensure effective collaboration and project participation, this position requires onsite presence in our Dublin, CA office for 3 days per week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Salesforce Development
    • Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and integrations
    • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating workflows, validation rules, and custom objects
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • CLM Development
    • Work on the implementation and enhancement of the Contract Lifecycle Management system, including designing workflows, templates, and automation
    • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and the CLM system to ensure seamless data flow
    • Collaborate with legal and contract management teams to understand CLM process needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Responsible for issue resolution and post production support of both the Salesforce & CLM functionality
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce application development team

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology, or in a related field
  • 3+ years of Experience in developing solutions using Salesforce Platform
  • Proven experience in Salesforce development and customization
  • Familiarity with CLM systems and contract management processes (CLM systems like Conga, Ironclad, DocuSign, etc)
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs
  • Understanding of the of the Salesforce Platform and how it integrates with CLM
  • Experience with integration tools and middleware
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment
  • Salesforce and other platform certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Administrator) preferred

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $102,000 - $136,500.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
