Position Summary

Reporting to the CFO, the Corporate Controller will be tasked with bringing Antora's accounting function fully in-house. The role will be responsible for establishing core accounting systems and processes for a rapidly growing manufacturing business, including ERP implementation, establishing key policies and internal controls, as well as hiring and growing a world class accounting team to help scale a rapidly growing manufacturing company.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead Antora's financial reporting, corporate accounting, manufacturing accounting functions.
  • Responsible for the Company's monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process and management reporting of results, and operating metrics
  • Serve as the technical accounting expert and trusted advisor to senior management maintaining current knowledge of GAAP, relevant regulations and industry trends providing guidance, planning and direction related to all accounting matters.
  • Plan and manage the efficient conduct of the annual financial audits
  • Plan and manage regulatory reporting, including tax filings and compliance across various jurisdictions

Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing and B2B environments, of which 5 years in a management role
  • Experience with multi-entity consolidated financial statements accounting for minority interests in joint ventures / SPVs
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required. CPA or MBA preferred
  • Proven financial and accounting background and understanding of global manufacturing operations
  • Sound knowledge of US GAAP reporting requirements
  • Proficient in financial software e.g. Netsuite (or similar), Cognos, Excel, etc.

Additional Qualifications Desired

  • Advanced understanding of project accounting methods and cost accounting principles in a manufacturing business
  • Proven ability to collaborate with all levels of employees, leadership as a tactical and strategic partner, coach, and advisor
  • Strong communication skills, results oriented, hands-on leader, can-do and pragmatic attitude

Work Location: Onsite - San Jose, CA

Salary Range: $190,000 USD - $210,000 USD

Salary Basis: Annual

The actual salary offered will be determined within the posted range based on a candidate's experience, credentials, and expertise as they pertain to the requirements of the position.
