Your Responsibilities as a Superintendent - Field Svcs:- Estimate, plan, direct, schedule, and budget landscaping, construction, and/or maintenance activities.
- Ensure project work quality, safety performance, timelines, and budget are meeting expectations.
- Supervise field services team/unit and subcontractors.
- Write reports, and work plans.
- Actively develop your own career growth.

- GED or High School diploma.
- 10-12 years of experience in construction or field services.
- OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification.
- Experience with planning and scheduling, construction estimating, safety management, project management, and staff supervision.
- Excellent technical writing skills.
- Ability to lift and carry 60 pounds, work in confined spaces, and work under inclement weather conditions.
- Stable employment history and favorable employment references.
- Clean driving and criminal records.
- Own reliable transportation.
