As an Advanced Maintenance Team Leader in our Bottling facility, you will be responsible for leading and motivating team members toward a common goal. You will have a broad influence on the organization both cross-shift and cross-functional in helping to drive exceptional performance. What You Will Do


Leadership Development-

  • Leads and develops team members through removing barriers to performance, providing needed resources, and clearly setting goals
  • Develops a sense of ownership among department individuals and teams

Continuous Improvement-

  • Champion the 4E's (Engages, Enlists, Envisions, and Executes)
  • Works cross-functionally to improve processes within the organization
  • Support Lean Enterprise and Kaizen teams

Change Agent-

  • Embrace change and lead team members through change

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of military operations and leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of military operations and leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Successful completion of the Gallo Operations/Technical Management Program.
  • 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience; demonstrates team building, leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Required to work day, swing or graveyard shifts as scheduled.

What Will Set You Apart

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus 2 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management plus 5 years of manufacturing operations management, or logistics operations management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience; demonstrates team building, leadership and mentoring skills.
  • MBA or Master's Degree in Engineering.
  • 2 years of technical production/operations or technical maintenance experience.
